Why we can offer this
Most landscape lighting fails for one of two reasons: cheap fixtures that corrode in Orange County's coastal air, or rushed installs with poor connections. We solve both. We use commercial-grade brass and copper instead of aluminum or plastic, and we install to a standard built to last decades, not seasons. That is why we can put a lifetime warranty in writing when most companies will not publish any terms at all.
What the warranty covers
- Manufacturer defects in brass and copper fixtures, for life
- LED lamp failures within two years of install
- Workmanship on wiring, connections, and fixture placement
- Priority service scheduling for warranty visits
What it does not cover
Damage from landscaping work by others, vehicle or animal damage, storm or flood damage, unauthorized modifications, and normal aesthetic aging of natural metal finishes (brass and copper develop a living patina over time, which many homeowners prefer). Fixtures relocated or altered by another contractor are no longer covered.
